When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and – for delivery – your street address, along with the items you ordered and any note you leave us. That is the information we need to make your order and get it to you.
Our website also uses cookies to remember what is in your basket and to keep you logged in if you create an account. They are not used for advertising.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this website or seen by us. Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to: our payment processor, and our own staff making and delivering your order. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept for as long as we need them for our records and tax obligations. If you created an account, you can ask us to close it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
